Refund Policy

At PIXEL FORGE LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The service or product delivered is not as described.
Project was canceled before any significant work or resource allocation was done.
A technical issue from our end prevented project completion and cannot be resolved.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind after the project has begun or been delivered.
Delays caused by lack of client communication, content, or approvals.
Work delivered as per agreed-upon scope or milestone approval.

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. To request a refund, please email us at info@thepixelforgellc.com with your project details and reason for the request.

4. Custom & Digital Services

Please note that due to the nature of digital products and custom development work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
